The process started with a ton of education on how other areas of our home could use some help to protect us from heavy rainfall. They also covered the pros and cons of the different gutter/downspouts systems out there.
The project was done pretty quickly but throughout the process they checked in and showed us around to make sure we were OK with the work being done. We even had some landscapers on-site for another project and they were able to collaborate with eachother and make sure everything tied in well together.
Luckily their system was just installed before the lower mainland’s heavy rainfall with an atmospheric river. It definitely put their installation to the test and we were very happy with the performance.

Harm the installer was did a very good job. Prior to starting, Harm did a walk about to answer any questions. Throughout the install he and his assistant were respectful and super efficient. The job site was cleaned up after completion.

Andrei did an excellent job with the work involved. All was completed in a very decent amount of time considering the recent weather, and the work was high quality. All the way through, communication was great, detailed photos as the work was being completed. I can say that I have much peace of mind knowing the gutters are repaired properly and any previous drainage and gutter issues are fixed. I would use ProRise again and highly recommend them.
